Computer Access
The Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council has been selected as a location where older adults, 50+, can gain a free introduction to the Internet and send free e-mail. A state-of-the-art computer, donated by IBM and connected to the Internet, will be available during prime Center hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Center personnel will guide interested adults through the clear, step-by-step, on-screen directions written in large type and plain English, not “computer talk”. This program was created by Generations on Line™ and SeniorNet, Inc. Call 847-991-1112, Ext. 233, for additional information, about using the Generations on Line™ computer or request information about the next group of SeniorNet classes.
Spring Registration starts April 1 and continues till April 15.
